Although fewer flowers bloom during the winter months there is still plenty of choice as today many blooms are imported. However choosing flowers that are in season could save some of your wedding budget and is also very Eco-friendly.
Roses, lisianthus, veronica, alstroemeria and gypsophlia (Baby's Breath) are available all year and come in a rangge of colours to suit most wedding colour schemes.
Peonies have become a popular choice for wedding bouquets over the last few years but could be difficult to find in Winter so maybe consider a full old-fashioned vintage rose or Ranunculi instead.
